LETTERS OF MRS. ELIZABETH MONTAGU, WITH SOME OF THE LETTERS OF HER CORRESPONDENTS. PART THE SECOND, CONTAINING HER LETTERS FROM THE AGE OF TWENTY- OF GEORGE THE THIRD. PUBLISHED BY MATTHEW MONTAGU, ESQ. HIER NEPHEW AND EXECUTOR, VOL. III. LONDON: PRINTED FOR T. CADELL AND W. DAVIES, STRAND; ST. JAMES's. 1813. MRS. MONTAGU'S LETTERS, &c. To the Rev. Mr. Freind. Allerthorpe, October 26th, 1744. DEAR Cousin, I HAD the favour of your kind letter this morning, and resolved to return immediate thanks for it, that I might have a kind of right to such another. It is no wonder VOL. III. |
