Sivu 207 - Corporations may be formed under general laws ; but shall not be created by special act, except for municipal purposes, and in cases where, in the judgment of the Legislature, the objects of the corporation cannot be attained under general laws. All general laws and special acts passed pursuant to this section, may be altered from time to time, or repealed.

Sivu 387 - It is likewise urged, that the court below erred in refusing to grant a new trial on the affidavit of newly discovered evidence. The facts alleged in the affidavit to have been newly discovered, were only cumulative. The question tried by the jury was, whether the wrist was fractured and dislocated at the time when the plaintiff in error was called to treat the injury. The theory of the defense was, that the wrist was not then injured.
