SPAIN- ITALY 1. Tissues of cotton mixed with silk, except velvets and plush, the woof or warp of which is entirely of cotton, will pay duty on 4-5ths of their weight as cotton, and 1-5th as silk. 2. Velvets and plush will pay duty on 3-5ths of their weight as cotton, and 2-5ths as silk. 3. Tissues of cotton mixed with linen, the warp or woof of which is wholly of cotton, will pay half duty as cotton tissues and half as linen. 4. Tissues having either warp or woof entirely of cotton, and the other of two or more spinning materials (cotton, linen, wool or silk), will be considered as tissues of cotton, and the material in the mixture liable to the highest duty. 5. Tulle of cotton foundation, although embroidered with silk or other material, will pay duty as cotton tulle. When there is a mixture in the foundation, duty will be payable on the predominating material. As material of which made, with an addition of 50 %. As material of which made, with an addition of 50%.
