AN ORDINANCE passed by the Administrator and Legislative WHEREAS Hermann Ludwig Rottmann, now of Christiansborg, and a native of Altona, in the Duchy of Holstein, Germany, having given testimony of his loyalty to Her Majesty the Queen, and of his zeal in promoting the welfare of these Settlements, is desirous of being naturalised within the said Settlements: Rottmann in Be it therefore enacted by the Administrator and Legis- Naturalisalative Council of Her Majesty's Settlements on the Gold tion of H.
