In addition to the numbers given above, 3 persons, summoned for threats, were placed on probation. TABLE XV.-EXTRADITION AND FUGITIVE OFFENDERS.-Proceedings classified by Countries or Colonies. (a) The Table includes all cases determined within the year, either by surrender of the fugitive, by the refusal of the extradition, or a definite report that the fugitive cannot be found. (b) The Table shows the number of persons with respect to whom proceedings are taken. b 1 to be surrendered on discharge from Broadmoor Asylum, and 1 arrested abroad. Note. There were 7 cases in which only provisional warrants of arrest were issued on the application of Foreign Governments. In 4 of these cases the fugitives were not found and no further proceedings were taken, and 3 persons were arrested abroad. (1) PROCEEDINGS UNDER FUGITIVE OFFENDERS ACTS.
