Gen. viii. 21. ...And the Lord said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man's sake; ...neither will I again smite any more every thing living as I have done.

22. While the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease.

Gen. xix. 19. Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life.

Ex. xv. 18. Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed.
