Begun and holden at the City of Montreal, in the said Province of Lower Canada, the

eleventh day of November, Anno Domini 1839, in the third year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lady Victoria, by the Grace of God, of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, &c., and adjourned on the fourteenth day of the same month, of the same year.
