Then Egypt will fuffer, when the Men of Barca, who were in fordid Vestures, like Slaves, fall put on a white Garment; [the Mammalukes were Slaves, and poffefs'd Egypt] then Libya will fuffer much Injury, and Cyrene, in the Holy War. The French and English will stain the Sea with their Blood, because they injur'd the Defign of the Holy War, by taking their Armies from thence, upon fome Differences betwixt 'em. The next Calamities fhall be Earthquakes in Afia, Sardis, Trallis, Laodicea, and Ephefus: Great Mifchiefs fhall befal Caria, Lydia, Ionia; the Wicked fhall be flain by Thunder, and Smyrna and Cuma caft down: Lesbos, Corcyra, Hiera, muft fall; Tripoly and Miletus fhall be destroy'd by Thunder In Thrace the Wall, having the Sea on each fide, fhall be deftroy'd. The Affyrians fhall invade Hellefpont, and overcome Thrace; and the King of Egypt shall invade Macedonia; and there fhall be a Civil War in Pifidia, betwixt the Lydians, Galatians, and Pamphylians. Italy fhall become a Defart; a great Darkneß fhall happen, and they shall hear much Thunder. Then a barbarous Nation (the Tartars) hall come over the frozen Rivers and invade Afia, and deftroy the Thracians, (the Turks; fo the Coffacks invaded them, ann. 1616.) then shall be a great Darkneß, but a Light fhall be to the Fuft.
