ARROCHAR, Dumbarton. A Pier on the East side of Loch Long belonging to Sir Allan Colquhoun, Bart., of Luss. On the opposite side of the loch a Pier has been constructed by the Admiralty in connection with a Naval Torpedo range.

ARTHURSTON, Co. Wexford. A small fishery harbour on the river Suir, opposite Passage East. D. at En. IIft OST. Berth, 8ft. Dock dries out at low water and vessel lies on soft mud. Tr. I.
