Sivu 8 - Repent ye therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord...
Sivu 9 - I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men; For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior; Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth.
Sivu 5 - Now unto Him that is able to keep us from falling, and. to present us faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy ; to the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever.
Sivu 9 - I waited patiently for the Lord ; And He inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And He hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God : Many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
Sivu 11 - Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is well pleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Sivu 5 - He spake a parable to THIS END, that men ought always to pray and not to faint.
Sivu 9 - I will therefore that men pray everywhere, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
Sivu 5 - Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need
