AN ORDINANCE to amend the "Gold Coast Customs Ordinance, Whereas it is expedient to amend the law so as to permit Preamble. exporters of goods for which no bond is required to make entry for such goods after shipment thereof; Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of the Gold Coast Enactment. Before giving the master of a ship a certificate of clearance outwards with cargo, it shall not be necessary to compare the export entries of goods for which no bond is required with the report outwards of such ship, nor shall such certificate be refused on the ground that the export entries of goods for which no bond is required do not agree with such report.
