Sivu 501 - Is dutiable under the provisions of this act, then upon the Importation of any such article or merchandise Into the United States whether the same shall be imported directly from the country of production or otherwise, and whether such article or merchandise is imported In the same condition as when exported from the country of production or has been changed In condition by re-manufacture or otherwise, there shall be levied and paid.
Sivu 501 - Whenever any country, dependency, colony, province or other political subdivision of government, person, partnership, association, cartel or corporation shall pay or bestow, directly or indirectly, any bounty or grant upon the manufacture or production or export of any article or merchandise manufactured or produced in such country, dependency, colony, province or other political subdivision of KOVernment.
Sivu 503 - Commission shall determine within three months thereafter whether an Industry In the United States Is being or Is likely to be Injured, or Is prevented from being established, by reason of the Importation of such merchandise Into the United States.
Sivu 255 - That whenever the Secretary of the Treasury (hereinafter in this act called the "Secretary"), after such investigation as he deems necessary, finds that an industry in the United States is being or is likely to be injured or is prevented from being established...
Sivu 85 - Government shall however have the right to terminate this Agreement twelve months from the date on which that Government gives written notice to the other Government of its intention to terminate the Agreement. In witness whereof the representatives of the two Governments have signed this Agreement.
