By the Articles of Association £25 per sbare-in other words one half of the subscribed capital of £5,000,000-must always be left uncalled, for the security of depositors. The Bank issues drafts on the principal towns in the United Kingdom, also upon the Continent the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
