130" WAR DEPARTMENT STORES:" Apprehension of Offenders-Search Warrant Prosecution by Secretary for War-Incorporation of Provisions of Larceny Act, 1861.] By 30 & 31 Vict. c. 128, s. 15, constables of the metropolitan police force may stop and search suspected persons, &c. By sect. 20, the Secretary of State for War may prosecute persons in relation to all stores under his control, &c.
