Bl. 1882, No. 55, 2) is included in the tariff No. 120 and 121c. This consumption tax is also extended to mineral oil (the density of which at a temperature of 12° R. does exceed 870°, but not 880°), produced by refining (purification) in the kingdoms and countries represented in Parliament, with the exception of the excluded territory of Trieste. 2. Crude mineral oil of Roumanian production not fit for lighting purposes without previous refinement or purification, the density of which at 12° R. does not exceed 830° (No. 119 a), when entered by the Roumanian frontier, against certificate of origin by special permit under the conditions and measures of control to be fixed by special order, in a maximal quantity of 20,000,000 kilos per annum. This maximal quantity is divided among the kingdoms and countries, represented in Parlia ment and the provinces of the Hungarian crown according to the average proportion of consumption of the years 1884 and 1885. ...do. 3.
