Sivu 3 - These regulations, among other things, specifically prohibit the unlicensed purchase in any foreign country of all goods of mainland Chinese origin and all goods of types which in the past were chiefly imported into the United States from mainland China. The Treasury Department's Cuban Assets Control Regulations similarly prohibit unlicensed financial or commercial transactions with Cuba.
