MDCCLIIL T HIS is to give Notice to all Dealers in Almanacks That all Almanacks which are not Printed for and Publifh'd by the Company of STATIONERS, at their Warehoufe in Stationers-Hall, and without Stamps, are Counterfeit ; and all fuch Perfons that fhall be found Sel ling of fuch Counterfeit Almanacks, will be profecuted by the faid Company for so doing. And whereas feveral Sham Predictions and Prognostications, under different Titles, have been Printed and Difperfed in feveral Parts of England, without Stamps and Publifhed to ferve inftead of Almanacks, whereby the People are greatly Impofed upon, the Company of STATIONERS much injured, and the fair Trader Abused: The faid Company promife to give a fuitable Reward to any Perfon that fhall give Information to their Clerk, of the Printing or Publishing of any fuch Sham Prediction or Prognostica tion.
