Alun Hoddinott: A Source Book
The pre-eminent Welsh composer Alun Hoddinott (b. 1929) has a unique place in the history of music. He received international recognition in 1954 with his Clarinet Concerto (Op.3) of 1950 and is still fulfilling large-scale commissions over 50 years later.
