Richard Glenn, Ph.D., LPC, DAPA, is an organizational consultant and business leadership coach. A former executive vice president and chief administrative officer for St. Thomas Health Services, he is currently an associate with the Leadership Circle in Toledo, Ohio. Glenn is a state-licensed clinical professional counselor, fellow with the American Association of Integrated Medicine, and certified diplomate with the American Psychotherapy Association. A popular speaker and the author of two previous books, "Transform" and "Caregivers at the Well," Glenn has also taught courses in advanced organizational theory at Vanderbilt University. He lives in Nashville, Tennessee, with his wife, Moira, and son, Christopher.
