CECIL TREVOR, C.B.; and Vice-Admiral SIR GEORGE NARES, K.C.B., F.R.S.; to join with the under-mentioned representatives of the Admiralty: Rear-Admiral the LORD WALTER KERR; Sir EVAN MACGREGOR, K.C.B.; and Captain WHARTON, R.N., F.R.S.; - to be a Committee to consider and report on the Memorials which have been received, and the correspondence which has taken place, on the subject of Floating Derelicts.
