Captain WIARTON, R.N., F.R.S. ; to be a Committee to consider and report on the Memorials which have been received, and the correspondence which has taken place, on the subject of Floating Derelicts.
The Board of Trade are also pleased to appoint Mr. J. W. Martyn to be Secretary
to the said Committee.
