DAMAGES DUE GERMAN SHIP "INDRA.” LETTER FROM THE SECRETARY OF THE TREASURY, TRANSMITTING COPY OF A COMMUNICATION FROM THE ACTING SECRETARY OF THE NAVY, OF THE 1ST INSTANT, REPORTING THAT THE NAVY DEPARTMENT HAS CONSIDERED, ASCERTAINED, ADJUSTED, AND DETERMINED THAT THE SUM OF $140.25 IS DUE THE OWNERS OF THE GERMAN SHIP "INDRA" FOR DAMAGES FOR WHICH A VESSEL OF THE NAVY WAS FOUND TO BE RESPONSIBLE. SIR: I have the honor to transmit herewith, for the consideration of Congress, copy of a communication from the Acting Secretary of the Navy, of the 1st instant, reporting, under the provisions of the naval act of June 24, 1910 (36 Stats., p. 607), that the Navy Department has considered, ascertained, adjusted, and determined that the sum of $140.25 is due the owners of the German ship Indra, of which Messrs.
