[Is. lxvi. 18.]

1. It shall come, that I will gather all nations and tongues; And they shall | come, and see my glory.

2. 'And I will set a sign among them,

And I will send those that escape of them to the nations, 3. That have not heard my | fame, nor seen my glory; And they shall declare my | glory among the Gentiles. 4. And they shall | bring all your brethren,

An offering unto JEHOVAH out of all nations. 5. Upon horses, and in | chariots, and in litters. And upon mules, and upon swift beasts,

To my holy mountain Jerusalem, saith JEHOVAH, 6. As the children of Israel bring an offering In a clean vessel | into the house of JEHOVAH. 7. And I will also take of them

For priests and for | Levites, saith JEHOVAH. 8. For as the new heavens

And the new | earth, which I will make, 9. Shall remain before me, saith JEHOVAH, So shall your seed and your name remain.

10. And it shall come to pass,

That from one new moon to another,

11. And from one | sabbath to another,

Shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith JE

New heavens and a | new earth:

2. And the former shall not be remembered,

Nor come into mind.

3. But be ye glad and rejoice for ever,

In that which | I create :

And her people a joy.

5. And I will rejoice in Jerusalem,

SELECTION 324.

1. And they shall | build the old wastes,
They shall raise up the former | desolations,
2. And they shall repair the waste cities,

The desolations of many generations.

[Is. lxi. 4.]

3. And strangers shall stand and | feed your flocks, *And the sons of the alien shall be your ploughmen, and your vinedressers.

4. But ye shall be named, The | Priests of JEHOVAH: They shall call you, The Ministers of our GOD: 5. Ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles,

And in their glory shall ye | boast yourselves.

6. For your shame, ye | shall have double;

And for confusion, they shall rejoice in their portion: 7. Therefore in their land they shall possess the double: Everlasting joy shall be | unto them.

8. For I JEHOVAH love judgment,

I hate robbery | for burnt offering:

9. And I will direct their work in truth,

And I will make an everlasting | covenant with them. 10. And their seed shall be known among the Gentiles, And their offspring among the people:

11. All that see them shall acknowledge them,

That they are the seed which JEHOVAH hath blessed.

SELECTION 325.

1. Hearken unto me, my people!
And give ear unto me, O my nation!

2. For a law shall proceed from me,

And I will make my judgment to rest for a 3. My righteousness is near; my salvation is And mine arms shall | judge the people;

4. The isles shall wait upon me,

And on mine arm | shall they trust.

5. Lift up your eyes to the heavens, And look upon the earth beneath :

6. For the heavens shall vanish a way like smoke, And the earth shall wax | old like a garment;

7. And they that | dwell therein

Shall die in like manner:

8. But my salvation shall | be for ever,

And my righteousness shall not | be abolished.

[Cht. 78.] 1. Awake! awake! put on thy | strength, O Zion! [city! Put on thy beautiful garments, O Jerusalem, the holy 2. For henceforth there shall no more | come into thee The un circumcised and the unclean.

3. Shake thy self from the dust;

Arise, sit down, O Jerusalem!

4. Loose thyself from the | bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion!

5. For thus saith JEHOVAH,

'Ye have sold your selves for nought;

And ye

shall be redeemed without money. 6. For thus saith the Lord JEhovih,

[there;

My people went down aforetime into Egypt to | sojourn And the Assyrian oppressed them without cause.

7. Now therefore, what have I | here, saith JEHOVAH, That my people is | taken away for nought?

[HOVAH;

8. They that rule over them make them to howl, saith JEAnd my name continually every day is blasphemed.

9. Therefore my people shall | know my name : "Therefore they shall | know in that day,

That I am he that doth | speak: behold! it is I.

SELECTION 327.

[Is. lxv. 21.] 1. And they shall build | houses, and inhabit;

*And they shall plant vineyards, and | eat their fruit. 2. They shall not build, and another inhabit;

They shall not plant, and another eat:

3. For as the days of a tree are the days of my people, And mine elect shall long enjoy the | work of their hands. 4. They shall not labor in vain,

Nor bring forth for trouble;

5. For they are the seed of the | bless-ed of Jehovah, And their offspring with them.

6. And it shall come to pass,

That before they | call, I will answer;

"And while they are yet speaking, | I will hear.

7. The wolf and the | lamb shall feed together, And the lion shall eat | straw like the bullock:

8. And dust shall be the serpent's meat.

[Is. v. 12.]

1. But they regard not the work of JEHOVAH,
"Neither consider the operation of his hands.
2. Therefore my people are gone | into captivity,
Because they have no knowledge:

3. And their honorable | men are famished,
And their multitude | dri-ed up with thirst.
4. Therefore Hell hath enlarged herself,

And opened her | mouth without measure: 5. And their glory, and their multitude, and their pomp, And he that rejoiceth, | shall descend into it. 6. And the mean man shall | be brought down, And the mighty man shall be humbled,

And the eyes of the lofty shall be humbled: 7. But JEHOVAH of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, And God that is holy shall be | sanctified in righteous

ness.

8. Then shall the lambs feed | after their manner, And the waste places of the | fat ones shall strangers eat.

[Is. xi. 6.]

1. The wolf also shall | dwell with the lamb,
And the leopard | shall lie down with the kid;

2. And the calf and the young lion and the | fatling toge

ther;

And a little child shall lead them.

3. And the cow and the | bear shall feed; 1Their young ones shall lie | down together:

And the lion | shall eat straw like the ox.

4. And the sucking child shall play on the | hole of the

And the weaned child shall put his | hand on the cocka

5. They shall not hurt nor destroy,

In all my holy mountain:

6. He who smote the people in wrath
With a continual stroke,

7. He that ruled the | nations in anger,
Is persecuted, and none hindereth.
8. The whole earth is at | rest, is quiet :
"They break forth | into singing.

A strength to the needy in his distress,

7. A refuge from the storm, a shadow | from the heat, When the blast of the terrible ones is as a | storm against the wall.

8. Thou shalt bring down the | noise of strangers, As the heat in a dry place;

9. The heat with the shadow | of a cloud:

The branch of the terrible ones shall be brought low.
