A great | King over all the earth.
3. He shall subject the people under us,

And the nations under our feet.
4. He shall choose for us | our inheritance,

The excellency of Jacob whom he loved.
5. God is gone | up with a shout,

And I kept my self from mine iniquity. 7. Therefore hath Jehovau recompensed me according | to

my righteousness, According to the cleanness of my hands before his eyes. 8. Jehovah liveth, and blessed | be

rock ; And let the God of my salvation be exalted.

SELECTION 52. [Ps. lxxiv. 12.1 1. God is my King of old,

Working salvation in the midst of the earth. 2. Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength:

Thou didst break the heads of the sea-beasts in the waters.
3. Thou didst break in pieces the heads of leviathan,
And gavest him for meat to the people in habiting the wil-

derness.
4. Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood :

Thou didst dry | up the unfailing streams.
5. The day is thine, the night | also is thine :
