SHORT TITLE; TABLE OF CONTENTS; PURPOSES. 1. All witnesses must include with their written statements a summary of the principal points included in the statement. 2. The written statements must be typed on lettersize paper (not legal size) and at least 100 copies must be delivered to room 2227, Dirksen Senator Office Building, not later than 5:00 P.M. on Monday, July 9, 1979. 3. Witnesses are not to read their written statements to the Subcommittee, but are to confine their oral presentations to a summary of the points included in the statement. 4.
